What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is movement therapy, but it’s so much more. We’ll meet you in the exact moment and body you inhabit, and meet it more fully. We'll collaborate using skilled, intuitive assessments of your physical form and how it represents your inner spirit.
Together, we'll promote healing THROUGH movement, rather than limiting it. In our session I aim to see and identify learned and habitual movement patterns, and work with you to harness and strengthen new nourishing patterns that support your body’s optimal function and balance. Our mind body connection is powerful, limitless and inherently intelligent. I am here to offer you a reminder of that.
