1-hr live personally tailored movement session, which will be recorded for you to come back to later.

What is movement Therapy?
Movement therapy with me will meet you in the exact moment and body you inhabit, and meet it more fully. We'll collaborate using skilled, intuitive assessments of your physical form and how it represents your inner spirit.
Together, we'll promote healing through movement and breathwork. In our session we'll assess and identify your learned and habitual movement patterns, and work with you to harness and strengthen new nourishing patterns that support your body’s optimal function and balance.
